Welcome to My Flow Therapy-
A place to unlearn who you had to be and remember who you are.
Hi, I’m Megan (she/her). I am so glad you are here.
I named my practice Flow Therapy after the feeling of flow itself—that state where you're not fighting yourself, not performing, not managing everyone else's expectations. It's what's left when the noise quiets down: a calm, clear, grounded sense of who you are. Not something you have to build from nothing, but something that's already in you, waiting for the space to come forward.
That's the feeling I want therapy to help you reconnect with—a steady sense of yourself and your worth that nothing and no one can take from you.
I believe everyone deserves access to their own flow, and the chance to move through the world as their most authentic self.
I'm a licensed therapist specializing in working with women and LGBTQIA+ adults with complex trauma, anxiety, and SUD that shows up as people-pleasing, perfectionism, and a persistent sense of being on the outside looking in. I offer an affirming, non-judgmental space for you to show up exactly as who you are.
Welcome to My Flow Therapy,
where you can be all of you
I help people who feel stuck — in their heads, in their bodies, in patterns they can't quite name — reconnect with themselves and rebuild trust in their own minds.
My clients are capable. They show up for everyone else — family, partners, work, friends — while inside, something feels off. Anxious. Disconnected. Like they're managing their life instead of living it.
Many of them grew up hyper-aware of other people's needs, learning early that staying safe meant leaving themselves behind. Over time, that costs something: a constant hum of anxiety, a body that won't relax, a sense of never being quite enough. For some, that weight gets easier to carry with a drink, a substance, or anything that offers relief.
They thought this was just who they were — that calm was for other people, and slowing down might mean everything falls apart.
I named my practice My Flow Therapy after what becomes possible when that bracing finally eases: a calm, grounded sense of who you are, already inside you, waiting for space to come forward.
You deserve to feel steady in your own life, and to know your worth in a way nothing and no one can take from you.
If you're ready to reconnect with that steadiness, I'd love to help you get there.
